Breakfasts in the Holiday Inn's - Meeting Room - Feb. 24th & 25th

I have booked my meeting room for your group on Sunday Feb 24 and Monday Feb 25. Please double check these dates to make sure is correct.. Please let everybody know that they need to start calling to pick rooms from the block of rooms we have for your group.THe Earlier they call the better. Since, we are going to be extremely busy during this time.

We would like to reserve the room until 11:00am on Feb. 24th and 25th. That will open up the breakfast area for your guests and help keep our Marion HS class of 1954 together in one room so we can chat. I assume we would be allowed to take our breakfasts in there and you would provide tables and chairs. We would all be out of the room by 11:00 or before so you can use it the rest of the day.

Would you please be so kind to let me know that you got this request and verify the room reservation for Feb. 24th and 25th? Thanks again for your kind assistance.
